Welcome! Please take a moment to review all policies below, prior to booking SERVICES.
By scheduling an appointment, you have agreed to and comply with all of the terms and conditions.
Booking
Appointments are available 30 days in advance on the 1st of the month at 8 am.
EX: On May 1st appointments for June are made available.
If you do not see any appointments listed there are no appointments available.
All services will require a non-refundable retainer upon booking. Amount will vary depending on chosen service.
Please read below for the Rescheduling, Cancellation, Lateness, and No-Show policies.
All Curly Cut Services (age 10 and up)
All curly cut services are available for booking Wednesday through Saturday.
Kids Curly Cut Service (ages 3–9)
Kids curly cut services are offered one Sunday out of the month.
Please keep in mind when booking all curly cut services, the only style option included is a wash n go. That means twist out, rod sets, braids, bantu knots, etc, are not available options.
Virtual/In Person Curl Consulting (Email to inquire)
A 30 min one-on-one curl consulting experience for all Curlies. This service will include an overview of your hair history, questions or concerns you may have, and developing a plan of action toward your hair goals. This service will help you have a better understanding of what you want out of your hair journey.
This service is for you if:
You are looking to begin the transition to natural hair, especially if you've never worn your hair in its natural state before
Need advice on how to properly care for your child's natural hair
Want personalized product recommendations along with a regime for home hair care
Just have hair questions that need answers
Face & Body Services (Waxing, Natural Lashes, and Tinting)
Full body waxing, brow and lash tints, and natural lash enhancement services are offered at Wash~Day by appointment with our licensed esthetician.
There will be no refunds or rescheduling for missed or cancelled appointments.
Scheduling a Curly Service
Upon booking you will be given the option to choose a New Curlies or a Returning Curlies cut.
A New Curlies cut is for someone who has not been serviced before or someone that has not been back within 16 weeks of their last visit.
A Returning Curlies service is specifically for clients who are returning within 16 weeks of their last appointment. Please understand appointment history will be checked and if needed, the appointment will be adjusted to the appropriate appointment type (cost adjustments apply).
Curly Cut Prep
Upon arrival, hair must be in its natural state
Please do not come in with your hair:
Braided
Twisted
Slicked Edges
Blow outs
Pony Tails
Headbands
Stretched in anyway
You must arrive with your hair freshly washed within 2 days of the appointment, detangled (detangle hair with conditioner applied not after it has dried), and let air dry with little to no product. We understand that curly hair runs the risk of shrinking and or getting tangled during this process, but we insist that no additional manipulation should take place at this time.
If you don't come prepared you run the risk of being charged a prep fee of $65
Retainer Fee's
You are required to pay a non-refundable 25% deposit for all appointments. This fee will go towards your service booked.
Cancellations and Rescheduling Policies
Cancellations and rescheduling appointments greatly affect business. It's understood that situations occur, and with that in mind please read over the following terms carefully.
Lateness
There will be a 10-minute grace period. Please text (484) 928-0513 to notify us if you anticipate arriving late as we reserve the right to cancel all late appointments. All deposits will be forfeited if we are unable to take you.
No Call No Show
Please respect our time and our schedules. If something comes up please notify your service provider via text/email as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you before the start of your service, you will be charged 100% of your remaining balance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel please notify your service provider as soon as possible. To prevent forfeiting your retainer, appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment time by logging onto your Vagaro account or using the link located in your confirmation email. This retainer can be transferred once. We understand that life happens, so please let your service provider know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to your booking. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will lose their retainer and charged a total of 50% of their scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
When rescheduling please contact your service provider via email if you are unable to use the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email. To prevent forfeiting your retainer you must reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment date.
Salon Rules
Review your appointment confirmation and prep information prior to arrival.
At this time it is optional for clients to wear masks
Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless it has been confirmed prior to arrival, including children and pets.
Please no smoking in the salon.
Small bites and snacks are permitted in the salon but please refrain from bringing food items with strong odors that may disrupt others.
We are an inclusive environment that values, respects, and celebrates differences with the aim of promoting a safe space. We do not accept or tolerate hate speech of any kind.
Kids
Review your appointment confirmation and prep information prior to arrival.
At this time it is optional for clients to wear masks
Kids under the service age 3 years old are not permitted in the salon
Kids 3-9 are permitted in the salon if receiving service only.
We encourage supervision of appointments for kids under 16 to confirm any additional service needs.
A consent form is required for appointments for kids under 16.
